HermanScience uses account information to provide and secure the CQI. Assessment answers and official results are private. Optional professional and location information may be used, including in aggregate analysis, to improve the application and future user experience; it is not used for the current score, profile result, or report. A limited report input is processed by an external AI provider to create an explanatory narrative. AI cannot change the official CQI result. Account and personal CQI data may be deleted on request; limited payment records may be retained for accounting, fraud, and dispute obligations.
